Adult Mental Health First Aid equips participants with the skills to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults (ages 18+).
Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed for parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults who support young people (ages 12-18). This training teaches how
to identify, understand, and assist adolescents facing mental health or substance use concerns.
