Tia Hopkins, MSN, APRN-CNP, CPRO, MFA, ME is a board certified nurse practitioner, mentor, and healthcare entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. She is the owner of TIA Revitalize, a health optimization and wellness practice created to help people feel confident, supported, and well—inside and out. She also owns Truvision Homes and De La Crème Recovery Inc., where her work extends into recovery-focused and supportive care. Tia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Toledo and has cared for patients across many settings, including ICU, urgent care, mental health, skilled long-term care, and post-operative recovery. She is a certified nurse injector and certified body sculpting practitioner, blending clinical skill with an artistic eye and a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. She has a special passion for post-bariatric care, helping patients navigate physical changes, rebuild confidence, and maintain long-term health after weight-loss surgery. Tia believes that true wellness is about more than appearance—it’s about how people feel in their bodies and in their lives. Outside of work, Tia is a special needs mom and advocate, a role that has deeply shaped her compassion and understanding. She has been married for 10 years to her supportive husband, who continues to be a steady source of encouragement throughout her journey. What truly sets Tia apart is her heart for people. Her goal is simple and meaningful: to help others feel better about themselves by providing care that is personal, respectful, and rooted in genuine connection.

Growing up, she was always by the side of older family members, drawn to their stories and perspectives. After over 20 years as a registered nurse, she saw a gap in senior care that went beyond physical needs. Teatime Therapy combines safety, cognitive assessments, health education, and social engagement, bridging the gap for seniors and their families. She is also the founder of Infinite Effects, offering life coaching and personal development services. With over two decades of experience, she has been a Licensed Notary for 22 years, a Licensed Public Driver for 20 years, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for 18 years, and a Licensed Surety Bail Bondswoman for 17 years.
